Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and mission-driven Montessori Aftercare Associates to help in our preschool and elementary aftercare program. Typical hours will be from 11 - 6 and/or 2 - 6 daily.
The ideal candidate is both an experienced Montessori educator and an emerging leader who is passionate about adolescent development, academic rigor, and real-world learning experiences. This individual will play a central role in shaping a program that is authentic to Montessori principles while meeting high academic and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:Instruction & Student Engagement
Collaborate with teaching staff to design interdisciplinary, experiential learning opportunities
Guide students in goal setting, self-direction, and reflective learning practices
Qualifications:
High School degree required
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Passion for Montessori philosophy and child-centered learning
